For a lock problem, note the three position numbers, the button you pressed and the result you expected. If a page appears broken, include your browser and whether you were using a phone or a larger screen.
Pressing the send button asks the server to store your message. Wait for the receipt before treating the submission as accepted. The form does not send an automatic email or promise a support deadline.
To discuss an earlier submission, choose Privacy request and quote its receipt if you have it.
